Dear all,
There is a Dutch expression that many hands lighten the work. My first running steps these weeks can be compared with that expression as my steps are small and slow, so the distances I cover are maximum 7 kilometres, not really a lot. But I have discovered that “the day-after” a run is the moment that my back is really flexible and does not hurt that much. Moreover, I think that all these small steps together create my recovery, though I do not know how long that period of recuperation will take. Read the rest of this entry »
