I am addicted to a couple of things. Running is one of them, but there is something else that I love to do, travelling around and work in a voluntary project where people need help. The sun shines not on the horizon any more, it shines from straight above. The end of summertime ensures us that summer is really over and that we have to prepare for winter. A dark period without sunshine. On the other hand, my body told me today and yesterday that I have to prepare for a warm and happy period.
